General care instructions:
Wash in hot soapy water before first use. Rinse and dry completely. Keep children away from the stove and never leave the cookware unattended when cooking. Please place it on heat-resistant surfaces and wait until your cookware has cooled before cleaning it. Overheating or the iron in the water may cause brown or blue stains, but that does not mean that A special steel cleaner or adding lemon juice or vinegar to your regular cleaning would be a solution. Do not store food in cookware after cooking, especially if salt has been used, as this can lead to pitting on the surface. Keep the stockpot completely dry when not in use.
