In the beginning, the ball was the starting point for all sorts of playful things around the world. In 1997, a new generation of Ore Mountains wooden figures was born from an idea and turned wooden balls... the small "males" made by the Ore Mountains, which explore the large, wide world. With their mischievous faces and the ticky attitude, they have since become ambassadors for "whistling from the Ore Mountains". The idea workshop behind the balls melt a few years ago from the traditional Ore Mountains to the peppercake town of Pulsnitz (which may be proud of a centuries-old handicraft). But as in the old home as well as in the Lausitzer Hügelland – a fresh wind blows through the ideas workshop of Karsten Braune. The figure series is made in Pulsnitz and in the Ore Mountains with great love and skill.
