Note: This MW5L mini camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. (Many routers send to 5GHz and 2.4GHz, with which the camera can be connected.)

Important note: The MW5L lens is not suitable for close-ups with a distance of less than 30 cm. The MW5 lens is ideal for indoor monitoring and is best suited for distances between 50cm and 7m. For example, not designed for reading text at a very close distance.

Intelligent motion detection with adjustable sensitivity and detection zones

The advanced motion sensor in this camera is able to detect movement in front of the camera. When motion is detected, the camera can save alarm recordings on a local SD card (card not included) and send messages to your smartphone and email.

You can also adjust the sensitivity and detection zones of motion detection so that it is tailored to your needs. For example, in the image above, the camera has 3 fixed zones and only reacts to movements within these zones, avoiding false alarms caused by irrelevant movements of plants, curtains, etc.

For even more accurate detection and alarming, you can activate the cameras AI person detection. This helps filter out non-human activity, but please note that this is an additional option that is not included by default.

You can receive alarm notifications directly to your smartphone or via alarm email with snapshots.

(Once the snapshots are sent to your email, they are securely stored in your inbox and can only be deleted by you. This unique feature of our brands mini cameras ensures better protection of your proof).

Recording with H.265, save more recordings to SD card

If you choose continuous recording, the camera will record until you finish recording. SD cards up to 128GB are supported. When the memory card is full, the loop function ensures that the oldest recordings are automatically overwritten. (Requires Micro SD card, not included) Capture without WiFi and Internet connection. You can take it out for recording. A 128GB micro SD card can store about 250 hours (10 days) recordings in Ultra HD 2K. If you select alarm recording and the camera triggers 10 times per day, recordings of 3 minutes of 260 days fit on the card. The camera supports cloud storage as an option. The SecurityPro can be booked with a storage period of 7 or 30 days.

FAQ: How do I open AVX files from a microSD card?

Answer: AVX files provide enhanced data security for video recording. When you access the recordings via the phone app, you dont need to worry about this question as the app will automatically save the recordings as MP4 files. However, if you check the microSD card on your PC/Mac, use our provided tool from the Quick Start Guide to convert AVX files to MP4 format and play them easily with most media players.
