**Please note: our putting mat may not lie perfectly flat right out of the box. This is the case for all putting mats of this style, including the best selling brand(s). This happens because the mat is rolled up in the box and often sits for a few months before it reaches the end customer. As a result, the mat may need some time to break in. For my personal mat that I use at home, I rolled it upside down after each use (black side up) and after about a week and a half it lay perfectly flat. Customers also had success ironing their mat on low and/or steaming their mat to get it flat faster. Please understand that this is a limitation in terms of packaging, but we guarantee that our mat will lay flat over time.
