Instructions for use and care
Use the highest heat level only for heating, turn back on time and fry with medium or small heat settings. Use heat resistant oils and fat for roasting. The right frying temperature is achieved when the fat is streaky in the pan. When you roast meat, press it lightly. It sticks to the bottom of the pan. After a short time, the fibres contract, the meat dissolves and can easily be turned. You can remove any frying, wine or broth. They dissolve and make a good base for the roasting sauce.
Clean the pan as soon as possible with water, detergent and sponge. Do not use steel wool or sand-containing abrasive cleaners. You should soak stuck food leftovers.
