Dust Commander HD: Cyclone filter for individuals, trade and industry.

The filter paper of a vacuum cleaner clogs quickly, it reduces the suction current at the suction tip and requires frequent cleaning/changing of the filter. Replacing paper filters is expensive and time-consuming.

The Dust Commander HD with its carbon steel cyclone filter is an addition to your workshop vacuum cleaner, with which you can avoid the errors of conventional filters. It allows the separation of wet and dry dust particles, reducing clogging of your vacuum cleaner filters and thus increasing the service life.

The cyclone separator collects the extracted particles in a closed tank that you attach to the bottom of the cyclone separator.

The cyclone separator filters 99% of the sucked air that contains dust and fine dust and stores only 1% on the filter of your vacuum cleaner, significantly increasing its operating time, performance and efficiency.

The cyclone separator can be used for a variety of applications such as:

• Sawing, grinding, and working on wood.

• Interior renovation, DIY enthusiasts.

• Extraction of construction site dust (concrete, plaster, etc.)

• Centralised extractions.

Please note: This filter is only compatible with household or workshop vacuum cleaners (Kärcher, Aquavac, Festool, Mafell, Fein etc.). This filter is NOT compatible with chip extractors (LPHV = low pressure/high volume) with 100 mm input/outputs.
