Feature(may vary by option.)

●Premium astronomical eyepiece from Baader Planetarium with 4.5 mm focal length and 76-degree field of view provides a wide, immersive "spacewalk experience when viewing stars, galaxies, nebulae and star clusters. Also provides excellent views of the moon, planets and other objects in the solar system. (see "Important note in product description below to ensure this eyepiece is a good choice for your telescope).
●Long eye 17.5 mm relief for a comfortable viewing experience, even when wearing glasses. Fits 1.25" and 2" telescope slides without the need for separate adapters (not fit telescopes with 1" focusers). Excellent build quality and sealed waterproof housing ensures years of trouble-free area use with your telescope.
●Multi-coated lenses and puzzles ensure minimal light inside scatter and high image contrast. Minimal aberrations and distortion for excellent view of stars and extended deep sky objects across the Full Field of View.
●Size and weight are optimized for use with astronomy binoviewers to allow observation with both eyes (optional binoviewers, sold separately, requires two eyepieces of the same type and focal length). Eyepiece weight is 13 oz (370 g).
●With removable and eye guards to keep stray light away from the eyes while observing. Rubber handle for easy and safe handling, even when wearing gloves. Thread for standard astronomy filters (not included). Also features M43 video adapter threads for imaging applications (requires Baader m43-t2 adapters or Baader Hyperion Digital T-rings, both sold separately).

Description

Morpheus is the god of dreams and the name for dreamlike eyepieces

With real 76° field of view, you can immerse yourself in the universe. The large, eye-catching eye relief and comfortable insight give you the feeling of taking a space walk. The field is not artificially inflated or distorted. The sharpness in the centre of the image makes designated planetary eyepieces competition, and even on fast telescopes you can see sharp stars up to the edge of the frame.

Other optical features:

- Minimal distortion: The optical design of the Morpheus allows for exceptionally low angle distortion. So the moon and planets are not distorted as they wander through the field of view, and the field of view is close to theoretical value - and this is not an exaggeration: compare the 76° field of view of the Morpheus with the image section in the sky. Youll see that the sight really matches what focal length and field of view are expected.

- Spacewalk feeling: immersion in the universe - the Spacewalk feel - does not appear evenly on all eyepieces. Some 82° eyepieces are restrictive, while with others - partly even with a smaller field of view - feel like you are directly between the stars. Two factors are important here: eye distance, as well as a pleasant viewing behaviour without Kidney Bean effect. The Morpheus eyepieces are optimised for the spacewalk effect. Especially when used with binocular approaches, you have the feeling of immersing yourself in the action
