Train your golf game with a plan!

The best golfers in the world are not only talented, but they also train incredibly much. At least six hours a golf professional files his game a day, because if he still had a handicap, then it would be deep in the plus area. The best golf players in the world can be accessed on the driving range, chipping and pitching green, in the bunker, on the green and also on the court. Amazingly, despite this intense training, the professionals do not lose the desire to play. The secret is that you pursue a goal with every stroke. Whether its professionals such as Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods or the German top player Caro Masson

The goal is: How can the amateur train meaningfully and efficiently? The solution is 30 golf exercises that cover all areas. In concisely summarized exercises, you can play through training plans that the professionals also use. The goals are adapted to the different handicap classes.

Good golfers use the training plans of Mein Golf Training

"This training book should be in every golf bag. Your game will thank you with regular use." - Teaching-Pro Christian Neumaier

Constantin from GC Olching with Hcp. -0.6 works with my golf training. His favourite practice in training is called Circle Putting, where you have to punch several putts within a bat length in a row. This creates pressure, because with just one missed putt, the exercise starts from the front. As a very good player who often plays under par, Constantin tries to punch ten putts in a row from around one metre (circular around the hole). The perfect tournament preparation for him.

  • Clear design: Info-graphics style exercises

  • PGA Professionals as an example: These exercises also use professionals such as Paul Azinger, Stewart Cink, Alex Noren and David Frost
  • All play areas included: Driving Range, Short Game Area, Bunker, Green and Space

This is what the press says about the booklet My Golf Training: 30 exercises for efficient training

Day Mirror Side Dish Green: "My golf training helps to improve your own game through special exercises - and its fun too. Conclusion: Buy! You can hardly train more meaningful, targeted and more efficient."

Maiwalds mandate in Golf Magazine: "My motto is: Try everything. Something will already work. And thats why I like the book My Golf Training very well. It gathers many drills on 64 pages including success controls for each handicap and a lot of colourful ideas such as small side bets. Since I am a driving range world champion, I already know many of the exercises, but even I have found a few good suggestions, and that means something. (...) I can still highly recommend the book."

Golf Week: "The training plan has what it takes to be a guide classic. If you want to succeed, you need a training plan. In My Golf Training, the single handicapper reveals 30 exercises. Imitation recommended."

Golf Post: "Exercises for amateurs are usually made of pure technique training. In the long run, however, this becomes too one-sided. Timo Schlitz, team captain in the GC Beuerberg, also missed a training plan and therefore designed one himself. Inspired by the practice hours of the professionals, the sports journalist, who plays a 4-handicap himself, wrote his book "Mein Golf Training". With the 30 units described, amateurs of any level of play in situational training can improve the different areas of their golf game. The booklet has been on the market for about half a year. It is easy to use, offers variety in training and, most importantly, really leads to improvements."

PLAYS GOLF: "On 64 pages, Timo Schlitz has compiled 30 playful exercises, divided into the categories putting green, chipping green, bunker, pitching green, driving range and space. Of course, there are well-known exercises such as putting clockwise or in a line, but there is a reason that these are classics. For many exercises, the book provides a prominent godfather who swears by this training methodology: be it Tom Lehman, Phil Mickelson or Caroline Masson. For each drill, two pages are reserved in the upward folding ring binder of the brand square, practically well reserved. Included are a clear diagram as well as short explanations of the structure, goal and procedure of the exercises above, and a table for entering individual training progress (with target specifications for different handicap classes) as well as a gambler tip for duels with friends below. For those who are normally difficult to pick up a few hours on the exercise facilities, the book is a quite effective tool (...)"
