It is attached to the side or front of the backpack with toggle and is large enough to carry a bottle, tripod, rifle, fishing rod, etc. A tie down strap at the top keeps equipment in place, and a separate strap acts as an additional attachment point for long items. Fits all backpacks in the Singi range, but note that Singi 20 is not suitable for carrying a rifle.
