Aluminium cast body made of high-quality special aluminium alloy. Extra thick base 9 mm for optimal heat conduction and retention. A special non-stick coating allows healthy and fat-free frying. Care tips: clean your AMT product with hot water and detergent before first use. Always wash with warm water and dishwasher detergent after use. The use of suitable heat-resistant fats and oils prevents tar resins and other residues and also extends the non-stick property.
