Description

With the digital core temperature gauge from Rösle, every roast becomes nice and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Thanks to the integrated timer, the cooking time can be set up to ten hours. For temperature selection, the roasting thermometer offers two options: individual desired temperatures between -20 °C and +250 °C (-4 °F to +482 °F) are easily and self-explanatory set on the ergonomically shaped rotary wheel. The ideal cooking temperature of beef, veal, pork, lamb or poultry is already preset and can be selected directly. The measuring probe of the roasting thermometer has two sensors that detect both the core temperature of the roast and the ambient temperature in the oven.
