Rustproof and dishwasher-safe.WMF cutlery is very easy to clean and unlike conventional cutlery, dishwasher safe according to RAL-RG 604. This seal of approval may only bear cutlery that has undergone a uniform, standardised test procedure and have survived 1000 washes without damage. |
Service programCutlery models that are out of current range can be purchased for a period of time. The cutlery will be reproduced for a period of time. This applies until the final expiration date announced at least one year before. |
Tips for care:
Clean your cutlery after use of coarse food residues and never leave it unrinsed for a long time. Cutlery should not be soaked or left wet.
When washing in the dishwasher, place the cutlery pieces unsorted with the handle down in the basket. Remove your cutlery from the machine as soon as possible after finishing the rinse cycle and dry it if necessary. If this is not possible, please open the door of the machine so that the steam can escape and prevent moisture build-up. We recommend running an empty cycle after filling your dishwasher with regenerating salt.
In rare cases, traces of rust may occur on the cutlery. This is usually a foreign rust, which is transmitted by other non-rust-proof objects. This can be easily removed in the early stage with the WMF Purargan care product. If it is not treated, pitting can form.
