Material suitability: Rhodius flap grinding disc Vision Pro has been targeted for the processing of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also mild steel, St37, S235JR, 1.003 7 or carbon steel) and cast steel. Construction and manufacturing: the disc is manufactured according to EN 13743 and safety-tested and also oSa-certified. It has a fibreglass support plate. The user can work with high contact pressure. The Vision Pro uses a high-quality zirconia corundum as an abrasive grain. All Rhodius slat discs are also iron and sulphur free. The slats are conical in this disc. The conical arrangement of the slats of 10° improves ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates handling. Quality: with the Vision Pro, the user receives a tool that meets the high quality standards in industry and trade. In order to be able to work even more economically, Rhodius flap discs from the top quality line are recommended. Application: the special "top-size coating" of the slats at the same time ensures even cooler sanding. A special feature are the three clever cut-outs. The disc becomes transparent when turning and thus allows permanent control of the work progress without settling. The user can see exactly what and how much he grinds.
