Can be used for PU or PA or PTFE or PE hoses and copper pipe. No cross-sectional narrowing to the inner diameter of the hose.
●These fittings made of plastic or brass (nickel-plated) with plug-in connection are used in a variety of standard applications, depending on the type of fitting, in pneumatics, compressed air distribution and vacuum technology. Depending on the type of fitting, they can be used in a pressure range of -0.95 to 20 bar (also suitable for coarse vacuum) and depending on the type of fitting, in a temperature range from -20 °C to +80 °C.
●The specific details are given in a table for each type of fittings. These connectors can also be used in automotive technology or for water due to silicone-free manufacturing, depending on the type of fitting. Ideally, these connections are used with flexible polyurethane hoses (PU hoses), or at higher pressures or temperatures, with polyamide hoses (PA hoses).
●The fittings can also be used in conjunction with copper pipes. The thread sealing is done by means of sealing surface with O-ring on the housing in a cylindrical design, or PTFE thread coating in the conical design. Functional one-touch design allows for instant hose connection. The configuration of the eliptic sleeve is ideal for pneumatic installations in tight spaces.

Description
Our fittings are suitable for PU or PA or PTFE or PE hoses and copper pipes with outer diameter 6 mm.
Installation of quick connections:
Cut hose ends straight. To ensure optimal sealing effect and secure holding of the connection, the hose end should not be oval.
Clean hose end, remove burrs.
Fully insert hose end into the quick plug connection to the stop.
Check the durability of the connection by a short pull.
Press the release ring to release the hose.
Pull the hose out of the screw connection with a slight twisting motion.
Before re-assembly, the hose end should be cut straight again so as not to complicate the plug-in and releasability.
With our PU hose, the maximum length in one piece is: 100 metres.
