This XPOtool spray gun features LVLP technology, which stands for low volume low pressure. The LVLP technology is a further development of the HVLP process and means that the spray gun has a low paint yield or a lower paint volume with a lower compressed air pressure. Accordingly, the spray gun has little overspray, so that very accurate painting work is possible. This is a concentrated and material-saving way of painting.
In addition, the savings in air consumption, which is 160 l/min and is lower compared to other painting processes. Another advantage that comes with the reduced air flow rate is the simultaneous reduction of fog formation and colour rebound.
The XPOtool spray gun has a 500 ml aluminium cup that is easy to clean after use. The nozzle of the spray gun has a diameter of 1.4 mm and reaches a jet width of 100 mm.
