T-adapter for the 8-inch Edge HD Schmidt-Cassegrain. Bolts to the back of the tube
With this T-adapter, you can mount your 35mm DSLR in the primary focus of your Edge HD telescope. So you can use them for terrestrial photography and moon and planet shots at short exposure times. With a tracking control (guide tube), deep sky photography is also possible.
You need both this T-adapter and a T-ring to attach your camera to the telescope.
For use with this, the T-adapter can be shortened to maintain the working distance of 105 mm with reducer. For optimal image, the ideal distances should be maintained with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm.
The adapter is designed for cameras that have a support dimension of 55 mm including a T-ring.
