The problem you may have:
1. After inserting no answer:
If this is the case, please make sure the USB flash drive has been installed successfully (see above picture). If this is not the case, this means that the installed USB audio device fails. Please try it with another computer. If there is no light show, please change another USB port to take a look at it.
2. When a connection is made, the sound on the headphones is normal, but the microphone is very quiet:
This is due to the micro volume in your computer. Adjust the maximum micro volume.
