Method of use:

PWM signal input frequency range: 1KHZ-3KHZPWM signal input level range: 4.5 V to 10 V tip, jumper at 5 V used for conventional industrial control board (e.g. for MACH3 board), for 5V CPU.12 interface to 24V tip, jumper inserted at 24V. This type of signal is mainly intended for traditional API interfaces.

Analogue voltage output 0-10V display:

If the signal input port is not connected, the output port delivers 0V. When you turn on this module for the first time, we calibrate it better: Find a signal with 50% duty cycle, connect it to DIN, DIN +, the amplitude corresponds to the corresponding tab. If the frequency is between 1 kHz and 3 kHz, test AO and GND with a multimeter. The gauge should display about 5.4V. We adjust the potentiometer on the converter module so that the multimeter shows about 5.4V. Then we calibrated and adjusted the pulse signal with this converter module. The module has a definition of 0.1 V. Output current 10 mA. If the duty cycle is opposite to the voltage, we can select the STEP LOW/ACTIVE PWM output pin for the MACHHHHT software. 3.
