Description:
Drawn cup needle roller bearing is characterised by a deep-drawn, thin-walled outer ring. They are compact bearings with high load capacity and rigidity.
These bearings are particularly suitable for high dynamic loads or radially limited mounting. They are mounted in the housing with a fixed press fit.
Shoulders or snap rings are not required to axially arrange the bearing, allowing for a simple and economical design of the housing bore.
For various applications such as automotive and truck transmissions, agricultural and construction machinery, pumps and compressors as well as two-stroke engines.
NOTE: Instead of hammers install with press machine or special tool, as this may cause local deformation or brittle breakage.
