Sleeve freewheels
Overview: needle sleeves roller couplings are similarly drawn cup needle bearings in design; however, they only allow free rotation in one direction while transferring torque in the opposite direction. These designs use the same small radial cut as drawn cup needle bearings and as coupling only units or as clutch and bearing arrangements.
Markets: office equipment, paper towel dispensers, fitness equipment, equipment and two-speed gears.
Features: Compact, lightweight and work directly on a hardened shaft.
Advantages Installation is easily achieved with a simple press fit.
Needle sleeve coupling.
The needle sleeve coupling is the overtaking coupling (one-way coupling) of the outer ring with the high-quality sheet steel, plastic holder, the spring and needles, disposable punched assembled to transfer torque.
The needle sleeve coupling does not have the load-bearing function by itself. However, it can play the effect in conjunction with the model HK and BK drawn cup needle bearing.
The needle sleeve coupling is the block bearing either to withstand the radial load, or to transmit the torque.
