Pressure or movement training
You can have training on the floor, on the wall or by an experienced trainer. It is worked with pressure to break tension. Trigger points are held until you loosen up. Instead of holding a position static, you can also move the muscles and loosen the bonded connective tissue faster and improve blood circulation.
