1:96 Moonship Spaceship The Moonship was designed in 1959 as a laboratory and residential quarter for its three-man crew. The moon ship was the kind of vehicle they imagined would be used on the first lunar exploration expeditions. Once freed from its giant booster missiles, the moon ship would be powered by its own nuclear power plant in space. About five days after the repel, he would probably make his landing in one of the giant lunar craters, Plato. Once the landing was made, the crew in special spacesuits would spend two days making scientific observations on the lunar surface.
