Description

1 m² aluminium butyl insulation mat, 50 cm as a 2 metre roll, ratio of insulation effect to weight is outstanding with aluminium butyl insulation mats. Structure-borne noise and drone frequencies are optimally insulated. Car doors and boot flaps get a rich sound. Excellent adhesive strength (can be used -60 °C to +160 °C). In summer, temperatures above 100 °C are often reached in doors/boot. The great advantage of butyl rubber to bitumen is its odour neutrality. The aluminium layer has a thermo-insulating effect and helps with processing and multi-layer adhesion. Approx. 2 mm thick (1.9 mm butyl + 100 my aluminium). Surface weight: approx. 4 kg per 1 m². Processing: simply cut with normal scissors or utility knife. No special tools required. The thin aluminium foil can be cut, please note this when processing. Box contents: 1 x 2 m roll x 50 cm wide (1 m²)
