HB Digital XXL SAT installation set helps you to quickly and safely connect and align your new SAT system with the end devices. Save time and power on cable assembly. Our kit is suitable for all standard coaxial cables (we recommend HB-Digital HQ-135 Pro SAT cable).
The set consists of:
1 x satellite finder with analogue display, 4 LEDs, gold-plated connectors and sound signal incl. F-connection cable (short) and German instructions (English language not guaranteed), 1 x cable stripping tool (for all standard coaxial cables), 1 x F-toggle screw-on aid (for all F-connectors), 1 x mounting key (semi-open), 8 x F-connector 7 mm, gold-plated with rubber sealing ring, 4 x rubber grommets (weather protection), 2 x gold-plated F-connector
The reception is indicated by an optical display with backlight and an acoustic measuring sound, allowing for quick and optimal alignment of the antenna. The additional sensitivity controller allows for optimal adaptation to the signal strength. As an additional highlight, you can immediately recognise the 4 levels of reception thanks to the 4 built-in LEDs.
High-quality refined satellite connections ensure clean signal transmission as well as unique corrosion protection.
Connect the LNB cable to the "TO LNB" marked port of the satellite finder. Connect the cable from the receiver to the connection marked with "TO REC". Select the transmitter or transponder whose signal quality you want to improve. Turn the knob on the front until the display is approx. 50% of signal strength. Turn the satellite bowl slowly until the signal strength increases. Then reduce the signal strength again to approx. 50% Repeat the process until the signal strength no longer increases.
Background scale lighting, analogue display + tone signal control for very high input sensitivity, digitally compatible, use a 5 dB attenuator when operating a LNB with a gain of 60 ~ 65 dB.
Input frequency: 950 - 2150 MHz (digital/analogue). Input level min. : -40 dBm / max. : -10dBmInput impedance: 75 ohms, operating range: 52~60dBPower supply via receiver: DC 13-18 V / power consumption max: 100 mA22 KHz compatible.

The F-toggle helps you to screw the F-connectors onto the cable. Especially with thick cable, it is usually not easy to attach the F-connectors. First turn an F-connector on the F-toggle Now you can screw the plug onto the prepared stripped cable firmly and permanently. This allows you to achieve extremely stable connection and high conductivity. Good and accurate data transfer is extremely important, especially with modern digital satellite systems. Our F-toggle fits all F-connectors.
With our stripper you can easily free the coaxial cable from the sheath. To do this, proceed as follows: Open the stripper by sliding the black clasp with the inscription "OPEN" in the direction of the arrow. Place the stripper around the cable, lightly press it together and twist it around the cable. Make sure that the shielding should remain as undamaged as possible. If the cable is stripped to the inner conductor, repeat the above mentioned steps, but press the stripper together firmly.

Attach the F-connector correctly.Stripping the outer jacket (approx. 2 cm) first layer of mesh backwards, cut off the foil layer, lay the second layer of mesh backwards, twist together and wrap around the coat, stripping inner conductor (approx. 1.8 cm) turn on the F-connector and shorten the inner conductor. |
Installation key.The installation key is especially important when many connections are very close to each other. This is especially the case with quad, quattro, octo LNB or multi-switches. The small key helps you to connect the cables well and firmly in case of hard-to-reach connections. |
Rubber grommetsThe small rubber grommets protect the F-connectors and LNB connections from stormy influences. Please remember to place the rubber grommets on the cable first. |
