Unsere Geschichte: Entworfen und entwickelt von einem Zahnarzt
Dr. Anthony Lovat ist Zahnarzt, Familienmensch und Gründer von OPRO, dem größten und innovativsten Unternehmen für Mundschutze weltweit.
OPRO entstand vor 25 Jahren aus einer Idee an Anthonys Küchentisch. Seine Idee war, dass alle Kinder zu einem erschwinglichen Preis Zugang zum besten Schutz für ihre Zähne und ihr Zahnfleisch haben sollten, wenn sie eine Kontaktsportart spielen. Fing an, zahnärztliche Besuche bei Schulen und Sportvereinen durchzuführen, nahm dabei Abdrücke der Kinderzähne und begann, individuell passende Mundschutze von zahnärztlicher Qualität herzustellen.
Profi-Sportler wurden auf die Vorteile dieser hochwertigen Mundschutze aufmerksam und OPRO baute sich allmählich einen Namen im Elitesport auf. Dies führte soweit, dass OPRO heute offizieller Ausrüster von New Zealand Rugby, England Rugby, Welsh Rugby, Great Britain Hockey, der UFC und vielen mehr ist.
Zudem erhielt OPRO zweimal den Queens Enterprise Award for Innovation, der im Buckingham Palace verliehen wird.
