Colour: deboning tip. Size: approx. 11.5cm
As Patty LaNoue Stearns, a food blogger, said about eating fish, "Its all a matter of deboning. We must learn to debone fish and not drive ourselves crazy about what ends up on the plate, but look closely at what we eat again."
Thats why you should use Meiso :
- You can easily debone any type of fish.
- Ergonomic design for ultimate precision.
- Can also be used to pluck poultry or pull out hog bristles.
- The best fish bone on the market.
DEBONE YOUR FISH PERFECTLY:
The fish bone features beveled tips that align when squeezed. The ergonomic design with Japanese craftsmanship ensures a comfortable touch and precise use even on slippery bones. This deboner is made of high quality stainless steel, which is sturdy, lightweight, rust-proof, non-toxic, resistant to stains and durable and does not break quickly or deform easily.
How do I debone a fish:
1. Place the fish fillet on the scale side and then feel with your finger for the thick bones.
2. Grasp the tip of the bone and gently press against the meat so that the bone protrudes.
3. Pull out the bones with our stainless steel herringbone tongs.
4. Repeat these steps with the remaining bones.
