Because the CND Vinylux system consists of only 2 components: the CND Vinylux colour varnishes and the CND Vinylux top coat, through which the manicure is sealed. A base coat is not necessary and should not be used under the CND Vinylux colour varnish. The application is very easy. Simply apply CND Vinylux in a thin layer to allow it to dry well and be better removed later. Then seal the colour layer with a thin layer of CND Vinylux top coat - do not forget nail tips. To remove CND Vinylux after 1 week, it only takes 1 minute: simply soak a cotton pad in CND Shellac Nourishing Remover and press on the nail for 5 seconds and rub off.
Shake to blend. Apply two thin layers of CND Vinylux Color coat. Finish one layer of CND Vinylux Long Wear Top Coat.
