The completely redesigned and popular Hardy Demon fly rod presents itself with an exceptionally low weight and faster recovery with the superior Sintrix 330 blind construction. Made from a Sintrix 330 blank construction, this process combines the carbon fibres in the blank with a 3M resin of pebble balls. These balls surround each individual carbon fibre filament evenly and are able to withstand pressure and compression from any angle due to their shape. This massively increases the durability of the rod blanks and the Sintrix 330 offers up to 30% more compressive strength compared to conventional carbon fibres. It is also designed to increase strength to weight ratio and improve hand balance. The blank is easy to load with high recovery for incredible performance and there is a 6061 aluminium roller seat with hardwood insert on the rear half well models and an alloy insert on the full corrugated models. Each rod has a 4-piece construction, equipped with high quality Fuji guides and a hook retaining ring to keep your line tight. The cosmetics include a stunning olive metallic olive blank with high quality cork handles. The Hardy Demon is available in a variety of models to choose from our drop down menu.
