Use and care instructions:

Before first use.

Clean your vulcano pan in warm water with a little detergent and a soft sponge.

When using

Only heat the empty pan until it reaches the frying temperature of 180°C. Overheating at more than 250 °C can cause the non-stick coating or even destroy it. For induction, use only 2/3 of the specified maximum power.

After use.

Clean the pan thoroughly with warm water after each use. Remove burnt-on residues with a soft sponge and by adding a little mild, grease-dissolving detergent. Occasionally add a few drops of high-heated oil to the pan and wipe it out with a paper towel. This keeps the seal supple.
