Description

Omelette(s), scrambled eggs, egg dishes, fried eggs: for these egg dishes and many more, our egg and serving pan is just right. It is the right size for omelette and other egg dishes. The iron core of the enamel pan distributes the heat at the bottom of the pan optimally and quickly, so that the heat can be throttled quickly, because egg dishes do not tolerate too high temperatures. And when the eggs are ready-fried, the pan with its two handles is perfect as a serving pan from which can also be eaten, because enamel is cut and scratch resistant. The enamel material is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all hob types (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene guarantees the non-porous, smooth surface made of glass. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. With proper use and proper care, enamelware will last for a long time and retains its typical shine. Types of use: Our egg and sevier pan can also be used well as a small baking dish in the oven. So small quiches and tarte tatin were baked in it. Tip: To fry eggs in the enamel pan, you need butter or oil, but not too high temperatures, it is best to do the test by adding a drop of the egg mass to the egg and serving pan. It must not contract immediately, because then the pan is too hot. If nothing happens, the pan is too cold. Only when the drip sticks slightly does the pan have the optimal temperature. Now pour in the entire mixture, reduce heat slightly, as enamel retains the heat and wait until the omelette dissolves slightly from the bottom of the pan, only now turn the omelette.
