The GRÄWE aluminium wok pan is a high-quality pan for preparing Asian dishes and much more. With a diameter of 28 cm, the pan offers enough space for preparing large portions. The removable plastic handles are heat resistant up to 180 degrees Celsius and allow easy handling with the pan. The pan is oven safe and features a durable, heat-resistant aluminum body that can withstand a maximum temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit. The bottom of the pan is equipped with a ferromagnetic layer that allows the pan to be used on all common hob types, such as gas, electric and induction stoves. The pan is also equipped with a high-quality Greblon C3 non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking and allows quick and easy cleaning. The pan comes with a matching glass lid that makes cooking food easier and keeps the aroma in the pan. In addition, a practical nylon spatula is included, which can also be heated up to 180 degrees Celsius and guarantees a long service life.
