The keepdrum ball joint adapter has a 1/4 inch thread at the top and a 3/8 inch thread on the base. 1/4" thread can be found on most digital cameras or portable audio recorders such as the popular Zoom or Tascam mobile audio recorders. A reduction thread from 3/8" to 1/4" is included. If this supplied thread is screwed onto the top of the ball joint, the combination results in 3/8 female to 3/8 male. This means that the ball joint adapter fits any standard microphone stand and can be used for microphone clips and microphones with 3/8 thread. Thanks to the adjustable ball joint, you always bring your equipment to the perfect angle. The swivel range can be up to 90°. With the wing nut, the selected position is fixed and the adapter provides reliable support even for heavier devices.
