Note:
Make sure you remove them before you step on the ice, otherwise you will fall spectacularly.
Place it on the outer bar near the ice door while you skate.
Peel them off when you get off the ice but be safe and wipe the snow off your leaves before putting on the guard.
Also use a toothbrush to clean it from time to time, otherwise the dust and dirt collected will dull your blades.
When you take them off, never store them in hard cases.
