Warm tips for using the fitness bands set: 1. By folding or using two or three stacks, the tensile strength becomes different. 2. Do not stretch it more than 1.5 times the length, otherwise the band would tear. 3. Do not touch it with sharp objects such as nails, as this will make the tape easy to break. 4. Can be washed directly with water, wipe it with a cloth. It should be stretched when drying to avoid sticking. 5. Store in a cool place to avoid direct strong sunlight. 6. Keep the theraband far from fire sources and high temperature sources (e.g. underfloor heating).
