Instructions:
The meditation bench has been specially designed for the comfortable support of meditation in the diamond seat (Vajrsana). Thanks to the slanted seat, the pelvis is tilted forward, supports an upright posture, relieves the spine and ensures an ergonomically perfect posture. Deep abdominal breathing is a prerequisite for healthy relaxation.
For experienced people, the meditation bench is also suitable for meditation in a half-lotus seat. The meditation bench also offers easy operation and high seating comfort.

The olive wood is natural and only embedded with a little olive oil to protect against drying out. No paint, no chemicals.
