Our Sport-Thieme C-Step is a curved board on which an anti-slip mat is applied. The fitness and therapy arch is suitable for exercises while standing, as well as for a wide range of strengthening and coordination exercises and push-ups. If you lay it with the curved side down, you need to constantly balance yourself which trains coordination, agility and strength in the body.
