Feature(may vary by option.)

●Ideal for beginners and advanced: beginners can hold the handle for a certain number of sets and repetitions until burnout. With an emphasis on slopers and small to medium pockets, this is the ideal board for advanced climbers who want to target their weaknesses.
●The specifications of the hangboard: 55 cm length, 15 cm width, 5 cm depth. Three rows of handles are different depth, the top row includes 4 handles of 5 cm depth, the middle row includes a selection of 3.5 cm deep pockets and edges. The handles of the lower row are slightly flatter with a depth of 1.5 cm.
●Easy installation: a wooden hanging board can be super smooth or super grippy, it is helpful to have an additional pair of hands available to keep things in place while you screw them in with your drill. Use long screws to attach the backing board to the center line of the studs as you marked them.
●The training introductions: most training programs include 5-8 slopes for 7-10 seconds and then a 3-4 minute break, which corresponds to one set. Your goal is to complete a total of 5-8 sentences, ideally making a real effort or failure towards the end of these sentences. Its okay to mock yourself by putting your foot down or reaching for a larger grip with one hand.
●Stronger screws: the climbing fingerboard contains 6 screws M8 x 70 mm, 2 expansion tubes 80 mm long, 4 expansion tubes 60 mm long (for the 4 holes in the top row of the board) and a piece of sandpaper. When mounting on a wall without a stand, it is recommended to use a support plate (not included) to mount the climbing clamp anywhere.
