Installation steps:
1. Hang the webbing on tall items like beams and single bars. Make sure the overhead structure can carry your body weight and the exercise you perform.
2. Pass one end of the webbing through the gym.
3. Press the metal buckle, pass the webbing through the pressed place.
4. Adjust a suitable height and loosen the metal buckle to attach it.
5. Repeat the same procedure with the other ring.
