The Redondo ball - Made in Germany
The Redondo Ball is an air-filled small exercise ball made from soft, foamed and odourless material. It is versatile in training. The air filling can be adjusted individually by means of a plug closure. With the included tube, the ball can be easily and quickly inflated. After use, the Redondo ball can be quickly vented, folded and transported. As an uncomplicated and space-saving alternative to the large ball, it is used as a dynamic base for pilates as well as back and fitness training while sitting, standing, kneeling and lying down. The Redondo Ball is manufactured at its own location in Prien am Chiemsee (Germany) by TOGU GmbH. The durable material Ruton is odourless, skin-friendly, latex-free and made from 100% recyclable plastic.
The application and effect
The range of Redondo ball exercises ranges from very simple (e.g. clamping and pressing between the legs) to very challenging exercises. For example, you can support yourself with a knee on the ball, stretch the other leg backwards and train the abdominal, back and glutes muscles while you keep the balance. The Redondo Ball is popular in all ages and skills. Due to the air filling, the Redondo Ball acts as a dynamic base that increases the training effect as well as as resistance. The "folding" ball for back training, pilates, fitness, and pelvic floor training is versatile. Thanks to the soft and non-slip surface, it is also well suited for gripping and catching exercises. The lightweight ball can be used for indoor casting exercises. An exercise poster is included.
