●EXTRA THICK BURSTPROOF MATERIAL: Our Pilates ball is made from durable burstproof (anti-burst) PVC for a longer service life. It is also abrasion resistant to reduce wear and ensure durability. Instead of bursting, the ball slowly empties itself when it has a hole. It can support a maximum weight of 200 kg, making it perfect for exercises where it is subjected to strong pressure.
●For a safe and comfortable workout: the non-slip surface helps to keep the ball in place and makes it easy to grip when pressure is applied to it, such as when squeezing between the thighs during an exercise. It is versatile and helps to make exercises even more effective. Like all Core Balance products, our Pilates ball is free from phthalates, carcinogens and SCCPs and therefore non-toxic. ●Easy to inflate and carry: our Pilates ball comes with an inflation tube for easy inflation. Insert the tube into the hole and inflate easily. Once the ball is inflated, insert the plug to keep the air in the ball. The removal aid helps to remove the plug just as easily, allow air out and easily pack the ball for training on the go. An additional plug is included.
●Ideal for yoga, pilates and much more: Since the ball is unstable when sitting, lying or leaning, it is ideal for challenging your body during sit-ups and other exercises.
