Inflate the gymnastics properly
Store the exercise ball at room temperature for at least a few hours before inflation. Use the included pump to pump. Pump the ball to a smaller size (3/4 of the size of the ball) the first time and leave the ball in size for at least 5 hours, then inflate the exercise ball to the final size. This is specified in the product specifications. Close the gymnastics Ball with the damping Wait at least 12 hours after inflation. Please check the size again before working out with the ball. If necessary, adjust it by gently letting air out or pumping it.
