Instructions:
1. Gently tighten the hexagon socket screws on the lift core until the stretch is very close to the inner diameter of the front fork.
2. Slowly insert into the upper fork tube, must have some damping, friction, so that the distance between expansion head and inner wall of the upper tube is small enough
3. Hold the bowl lid firmly and tilt it slightly so that the bottom expansion head captures the inner wall. At this time, tighten the top hexagon socket screw. Do not use too much force.
