From the manufacturer

Products that uncompromisingly pursue only one purpose: The best possible performance with wheels and sealants from tubeless pioneer tubeless successfully in competition or on local trails. Tubeless victories are no longer stopped - time to jump on!

Sealant.

Latex particles in the tyre sealant seal holes up to 6 mm reliably and permanently. If you are looking for the best performance, the Race Sealant will find the means of your choice. More latex particles and additional XL particles compared to the tyre sealant allow up to 8 mm large holes securely - flat feet adé.

Due to the extremely high proportion of sealing particles, filling through the injector via the valve in the Race Sealant is not possible, as it would clog the valve and the injector.

If it is the first time to install the Tubeless system on the tyre rim combo, the following values:

- Road bike approx. 60 ml.

- Cyclocross approx. 60 - 70 ml.

- MTB 26 inches approx. 60 - 80 ml.

- MTB 27.5 inches approx. 70 - 90 ml.

- MTB 29 inches approx. 80 - 100 ml.

Tubeless conversion

Use a floor pump or in the best case a compressor to inflate the tyre. Brush the side wall and the tyre bead generously with soapy water to make the tyre slip easier into the rim flange. Remove the valve core to achieve faster pressure build-up and the tyre can expand faster. Make sure that the tyre sits in the drop channel of the rim and encloses the valve completely. With new tyres, it is often helpful to install the tyre on the rim first with a tube and to lever the bead out of the rim only on one side. Thus, less air can escape and the tyre is sealed faster. As soon as the tyre sits correctly on the rim, they usually hear 3 loud bangs. Release the air completely and fill the required amount of sealant into the tyre via the valve with the help of the sealant injector. When using the Race Sealant, you must remove a small area of the tyre from the rim and fill the sealant directly between the tyre and the rim.

Assemble the tyre completely and inflate the tyre to the desired operating pressure.

Durability of the sealant.

Depending on how the weather conditions are, how high the humidity is, how often you are on the bike, what tyres have been installed and where the bike is parked, the shelf life of the milk in the tyre varies between 4-6 months.

The SRD Race Sealant has a slightly shortened durability due to a higher solid content. The shelf life is 2-4 months.

We recommend that you always store the bottle tightly sealed and in cool places protected from UV rays. In this case, the durability of the sealing milk is unlimited.

What is special about Stans rims?

Rims from Stans NoTubes are characterised by the patented bead socket technology (BST). For a secure tyre seat in the tubeless insert, the tyre must sit tightly on the rim. Thanks to a higher inner diameter of the rim and higher tyre seat on the rim, the tyre sits completely safely and reliably on the rim. In order to ensure that the tyre assembly does not become a force stroke, the rim hooks are shortened by 2-4 mm compared to competitors. This makes it easier to mount the tyre on the rim, saving weight through less material use and also improves the tyre shape, as the tyre takes up a larger volume and a more rounded shape than with competitor products.

Neo hubs.

Everything revolves around the NEO baptised hubs with Stans NoTubes wheels. These were created entirely by own company and are characterised by many unique solutions. The CNC milled hub body allows precise production and presses the weight of the hubs to 150 g (front wheel) and 272 g (rear wheel). When freewheel, you use 6 latches that grip into a 36-tooth ring. The result is a release angle of the hub of only 10°. To make the highly loaded freewheel body, which is responsible for the complete power transmission, even more durable, Stans installed in the Neo hub 3. Bearing in freewheel body. All service work can be carried out on the Neo hubs without special tools. The parts are plugged in and the bearings are easy to reach. It doesnt get much easier than this.

Which wheel set is right for me?

The following criteria are crucial for choosing the right wheelset: Range of application, rider weight, preferred tyre width.

Occasion:

Cross Country/Marathon = Podium SRD, Crest MK3

Tour/Trail = Arch MK3, Sentry MK3, Baron MK3.

Enduro / Downhill = Flow MK3.

Rider weight:

Podium SRD Crest MK3 = 86 kg

Arch MK3, Sentry MK3, Baron MK3 = 104 kg

Flow MK3 = 114 kg.

Tyre width:

Podium SRD, Crest MK3 = 2.0 inch - 2.25 inch

Arch MK3 = 2.25 inches - 2.5 inches.

Flow MK3 = 2.35" - 2.8"

Sentry MK3 = 2.5" - 3.0"

Baron MK3 = 2.8" - 3.2
