Our Yoga Bolster Eco made from 100% organic cotton supports you in many yoga and Pilates exercises. The yoga roll is often used in quiet yoga styles such as yin yoga, restorative yoga or prenatal yoga. Thanks to the ergonomic shape, you can also use the bolster very well for back bends and stretching the rib cage.
The ECO yoga cushion consists of a removable cover made from 100% high-quality organic cotton and an inlet filled with organic spelt sleeves. The cover can be removed with a zip and machine washed at 30 degrees. The ticking also has a zip for removing or refilling the spelt filling. A carrying strap makes it easier to transport the yoga cushion.
