How to set the countdown timer
1. Press and hold the SET button until the tag number starts to flash.
2. Press the SET button until you get to the number you want to set.
3. Press UP/START or DOWN to adjust this specific number. Press and hold up/start or down, the number changes quickly.
4. Press and hold the SET button to set the hour, minute and second until the screen stops flashing.
5. Press the UP/START button to start or pause the countdown.
* Press and hold the UP/START and DOWN buttons at the same time to reset the value to "0".
