Lässt sich der Teig einfach so aus der Box lösen?

Du kannst fast jeden Teig nach der Reifung sehr einfach mit den Fingern lösen (ggf. etwas Mehl verwenden). Bei besonders klebrigem Teig empfiehlt es sich die Box innen mit etwas Olivenöl zu benetzen: dann rutscht er nach der Reifung einfach so raus.

Wie viel Teig darf maximal in die Box?

Unsere Behälter sind für die übliche Teigmenge für eine Pizza konzipiert (250-300g). Je nach Gärverlauf und Teigzubereitung kann die maximal mögliche Menge jedoch variieren. Wir empfehlen kleine Hefemengen (2-10g Frischhefe pro 1kg Mehl).

Sind die Boxen stapelbar?

Die Boxen lassen sich durch leichtes Drücken ca. zur Hälfte ineinander stapeln und damit auch platzsparend verstauen. Da es jedoch keine konischen Formen sind, sind die Boxen nicht vollständig bis zum Rand ineinander nestbar.
