Instructions for use: 1. Fill the inner container of the ham cooker with selected meat variety. 2. Place a pressure plate on the meat filling. The pressure plate should be aligned with the convex part upwards. 3. Screw the spring according to the scheme on the convex part of the pressure plate, tighten the cover of the ham cooker and place the thermometer inside. 4. Pour water into a 4 litre pot to the level indicated by the "water level/water level" line. 5. Place the flange on the ham cooker. 6. Place a smaller thermometer into the flange. 7. Place the 1.5 kg ham cooker on the flange without touching the bottom of the pot. 8. The ham cooker should be left in a water bath for 2-3 hours (depending on the type of meat). 9. Remove the ham cooker from the pot, let cool and then place in the fridge for at least 8 hours. The ham cooker can also be washed in the dishwasher. The 4 litre pot is made of high quality stainless steel. The special multi-layer thermal base dissipates heat optimally. It is suitable for use on all types of cookers.
