With the extensive goth preserving glass series of the traditional brand MÄSER for many years, you can preserve all kinds of fruit and vegetables - 100% leak-proof and 100% food-safe.
The robust preserving jars with their characteristic square shape and the white rubber ring without plasticisers are not only ideal for preserving, preserving and fermenting, but also for hermetically dense storage of food such as flour, cereal and much more. Due to its special shape, Gothika preserving jars are also used for decoration and for giving home-made delicacies.

Robust glass made in Germany
The glass from the GOTHIKA series impresses with its outstanding features: It is thick-walled, durable, oven-safe and can even be frozen. If you avoid large temperature jumps (e.g. do not place a hot glass directly in cold water) glass chips are virtually impossible. The glass is dishwasher safe, wire hanger and sealing rings are not included.
Hermetic seal with sturdy wire clip closure.
The rust-free galvanised wire shackle closure serves as an overpressure valve (e.g. when fermenting) to the outside and at the same time seals to 100% inwards. Thanks to the high quality and plasticiser-free, 2.8 mm thick rubber sealing ring, once generated vacuum in the glass is permanently maintained, even when you remove the wire bracket.
Characteristic, space-saving shape
Another reason for the popularity of the GOTHIKA series is its angular shape. This not only looks good, but also helps you to use the notoriously narrow shelf meter at home. Since the swing stopper can be rotated freely into each corner, GOTHIKA glasses can be stored tightly. Thanks to the generous roundings on all edges, cleaning is effortless.
