We recommend using the nutrient salt in a ratio of 1 g for 2-2.5 L cuvée. The nutrient salt is exceptionally easy to use - but it must not be added directly to the yeast vaccination. How to use: use in the ratio of 1 g nutrient salt to 2-2.5 litres of cuvée. Dissolve an appropriate amount of nutrient salt in a glass of water. Add to cuvée and mix.
