Non-stick pans support a health-conscious diet. They cook gently, require little fat and are easy to clean. Permadur Excellent pans have a PTFE non-stick coating and are PFOA-free*. Use the highest heat setting only for heating, turn back in time and fry with medium or small heat settings. Use heat-resistant oils and fats to roast. The correct frying temperature is achieved when the fat spreads streaky in the pan. If you fry meat, press it slightly. It sticks to the bottom of the pan. After a short time, the fibres contract, the meat dissolves and can be easily turned. Roasting residues can be erased with wine or broth. They dissolve and make a good base for the roasting sauce.
